Each year, Goodwill helps more than 12,000 individuals in Greater NYC and Northern NJ who face barriers to employment — including disabilities, autism, and mental illness — find independence through the power of work.

— BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES for individuals with mental illness
— SERVICES FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES, including autism, developmental, and intellectual disabilities
— WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS for individuals facing poverty, unemployment & underemployment
